When a bath has been resurfaced before it normally shows up by the way of flaking, peeling or cracking away from the original bath surface. If you bath has been resurfaced before we have to strip off that surface before we can start the resurfacing the bath again.

Then we chemically clean the bath and remove the old sealant around the bath.
At this point we repair any damage to the bath, like scratches, chips, limescale etc. We sand this all down so the bath is nice and smooth again.
Then we degrease the bath ready for the first Bonding agent.
At this point we put the first bonding agent on the bath which allows for correct adhesion of the new surface.
Once set we apply the second spray bonding agent on the bath.
Now ready for the new surface we spray 3-4 coats of new white enamel on the bath.
The bath now sets for about an hour and then we come back in a sand down the bath again and polish the shine back up so you end up with an easy to clean shiny surface.
